French artist born in 1933 in Boulogne. Michel SEMENTZEFF is an artist outside of passing fashions, Michel SEMENTZEFF takes us into a world of intense poetry where dreams and nostalgia are always present.
After studying at the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Modernes in Paris, he taught drawing for thirty-five years. Member of the Salon d'Automne, French Artists, Comparisons, he also exhibited at the National Fine Arts, at the Ecole Polytechnique, at the Salon de la Marine, at the Salon Violet, at the Salon du dessin et de la peinture à water, at the Salon de l'Orangerie at the Palace of Versailles.......
Recognized and awarded; renowned galleries in France, Switzerland, Canada or the United States request it. His works immediately joined public and private collections. He participates in several fairs in various countries and his paintings are exhibited on the most prestigious picture rails.
Numerous exhibitions in France in Paris, Honfleur, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Megève, Courchevel, Brive as well as Laval in Canada, Palm Beach, New York, Brussels, Geneva...
Michel SEMENTZEFF died in Normandy in 2019. He leaves many oils on canvas, pastels and drawings that you can see on the site.
